Frequently asked Questions

What skin type are your skincare products suitable for?

Our skincare range caters to all skin types, including sensitive, oily, dry, and combination. Each product description provides specific information to help you choose the best fit for your skin.

What is Cold Process Soap?

Cold process soap is handmade by combining oils, butters, and lye at low temperatures without external heat. This traditional method retains the natural benefits of each ingredient—moisturizing oils, nourishing butters, and skin-loving additives like honey, clay, or herbs.

How is it different from commercial soap?

Unlike mass-produced soaps that may contain synthetic detergents, preservatives, and harsh chemicals, cold process soaps are:

Natural – made from plant-based oils and butters

Glycerin-rich – naturally produced in soapmaking, helps retain skin moisture

Free from harsh additives – no SLS, parabens, or artificial hardeners

How to use handmade soap?

Lather the soap with clean hands or a bath sponge, apply gently to skin, and rinse thoroughly.

Suitable for daily use on body. For facial use, choose a bar designed for sensitive skin.

Tip:Create a rich lather by rubbing the soap between wet hands or using a foaming net.

How to store cold process soap?

Cold process soap contains natural glycerin and no synthetic hardeners, so it softens when left in water.

To prolong its lifespan:

  • Allow the soap to dry completely between uses
  • Store on a well-draining soap dish
  • Keep unused bars in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight
Is each product being the same?

Due to the nature of products, please expect some slight variations (scents or colors) from batch to batch, as they are handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients. However, this does not affect their efficacy.

  • Discontinue to use if the product smells unusual.
  • Why not burn soy candle too long?
